Exploring the Relationship Between the Internal and External Worlds

When we’re on our healing journey, we often focus on making positive changes in the physical world. We switch up our diets, start exercising, and buy new clothes. While these are all great things to do, it’s important to remember that the internal world is just as important as the physical one.

Here, we’ll explore the difference between the physical world and the internal world and how we can nurture our internal selves to support our healing journey.

What is the Internal World?

The internal world is the world of thoughts, emotions and beliefs that exist within us. It’s the place where we process our experiences and make meaning of our lives. This internal world is often overlooked and pushed to the side, but it is essential to understanding our true selves and how we interact with the world around us.

Our internal world is made up of our thoughts, feelings, beliefs and values. These are all the things that guide our behaviour and shape our experience of the world. It’s important to understand and nurture our internal world to be able to create positive changes in our lives.

What is the Physical World?

The physical world is the tangible, material world that we can see and touch. It’s the world of external objects, such as our homes, cars, and possessions. We often focus on the physical world when we’re on our healing journey because it’s easier to make changes in this realm of our lives.

Tiny vibrating strings of energy make up every particle in the universe according to Sera Cremonini and other string theorists. This is the idea that particles make up our physical world and inside every particle is a tiny vibrating string, the fundamental unit and entity that makes up everything in existence.

The physical world can be a great place to start when we’re trying to make positive changes in our lives. But it’s important to remember that the changes we make in the physical world will only be effective if our internal world is in sync. If we’re not in tune with our thoughts and feelings, then the changes we make in the physical world won’t have a lasting impact.

The Relationship Between the Internal and External Worlds

The internal and external worlds are inextricably linked. Our internal world shapes our experience of the external world and our experience of the external world shapes our internal world. It’s important to understand this relationship in order to make lasting changes in our lives.

The key to making lasting changes is to start with the internal world. We need to become aware of our thoughts, feelings and beliefs and work to create positive shifts in our internal world. Once we’ve nurtured our internal world, we can use the physical world as a tool to support our healing journey.

Nurturing your internal world is a process of self-discovery and self-care. It’s important to take the time to explore your thoughts, feelings, values and beliefs to make sure that they’re in alignment with your healing journey. There are many ways to nurture your internal self, such as journaling, meditation, and therapy.

It’s also important to be kind to yourself and to give yourself space to process your thoughts and feelings. Take the time to pause and reflect on your experiences and to really listen to yourself. This will help you to create a more positive internal world and to make lasting changes in your life.

A fantastic content creator Arian Samouie explained this process perfectly. In one of his videos, Arian discusses how we create our own reality. He goes on to say that we are not in the universe, we are expanding out our experience of the universe. He shows this process through code in a web browser. I recommend watching this video for useful insights into your own internal and external worlds:
