Here are some journal prompts to get you started:
Write down three things you're grateful for today
It can be anything from the delicious breakfast you had this morning to a sunny day outside.
Reflect on a moment from the past week where you felt truly grateful
What were you grateful for in that moment, and how did it make you feel?
Think of someone in your life who has had a positive impact on you
Write a letter to them expressing your gratitude for their support and kindness.
